Delivery
International Purchases
All our products are sent by TNT courier. Delivery dates range between 5 and 10 days depending on the country. When you make a purchase, the system shows delivery charges according to the quantity bought and the city where you are located.
The shipping charges shown by the system at the moment of the purchase only include the delivery to the address stated by the customer when placing the order and the customer shall bear customs fees, duties and any other tax that may be applicable at destination, as well as insurance of goods in transit if he deems it necessary. Tango Brujo shall not be responsible for the payment of these concepts or for any possible delay or inconvenience due to Customs proceedings, health regulations or any other kind of disposition that may affect the delivery in due time and form.
Every order received will be shipped after completed, so, if due to any reason your order cannot be completed, a representative from our Customer Service will contact you to inform about possible delays. All deliveries shall be subject to the previous confirmation of the address, the receipt of payment and the confirmation of stock of the product ordered.
Tango Brujo reserves the right to suspend the delivery of products to any country at any moment if these deliveries may be restricted by any government regulation at destination. If the products bought are going to be exported, the purchaser shall be responsible for all the necessary documentation for the delivery.
If, due to any reason, the courier is not allowed to deliver your order, it will be returned to Tango Brujo Buenos Aires.
IMPORTANT: Our courier service does not deliver orders to post offices or mail boxes.
Domestic orders
When you order from Argentina, contact us to receive information about shipping charges. Delivery is usually made by Correo Argentino or any delivery service through the company you choose. In the case of deliveries by Correo Argentino, the price of the goods and the shipment shall be paid in advance. In the case of special delivery service, the customer shall only pay goods in advance and will pay delivery service and insurance at destination, when receiving the order.
Delivery dates will vary depending on the province and city of destination, as well as the company selected for the service.
Every order received will be dispatched after completed, so, if due to any reason your order cannot be completed, a representative from our Customer Service will contact you to inform about possible delays.
