Purchases

The contract between the user and TB shall be completed when we send the acceptance of your order request. We reserve the right to reject any request at any moment. All orders submitted at this virtual store are subject to TB’s availability and acceptance.
Tango Brujo reserves the right to withdraw any product advertised at any moment, as well as to delete, modify or add any material or content advertised in the site. We will not be responsible before the customer or third parties for withdrawing a product advertised in this site, notwithstanding the product has been sold or not; or to delete, add or modify materials and contents; or to reject a transaction due to any reason or suspend it after the beginning of the purchasing process.
The products advertised in this site can also be purchased at our store in Buenos Aires, personally, by email or phone.

Acceptance of Orders

Orders confirmed through this site are an offer to The Company to sell the goods determined by the purchaser until the acceptance of the order. All advertisements, proposals and advertising promotions made by The Company before the approval of the order, are only invitations to acquire or try a specific product but not offer. The Company shall not be liable for the sale of any type of product advertised in this site if it is not available or if it has any mistake regarding advertised description or prices.

Prices

Besides selling our products in this website, we will also sell by post or at our Buenos Aires store. Generally, the prices advertised in this site are the same as those prices for products sold by post; however, prices may differ, for example, in the case of special bargains for the site. Therefore, we cannot ensure that all prices are equal. The company reserves the right to handle the prices of the products for the different channels in the way it may deem convenient.
Prices offered at Buenos Aires store will not be the same as those advertised in this site, as they do not include shipping costs or delivery expenses.
